Sites International responsibilities included landscape architecture design outline, master plan from schematic to detailed construction documents, and serving as the lead consultant to coordinate all project parties and consultants.

The site encompasses different style dwellings, retail, dining, entertainment, luxury villas, and apartment buildings. Residential and commercial clusters are placed within a park like setting. The boundaries are drawn by green hills and wide open spaces with landscape features and circular networks preserving the project’s cohesiveness and homogeneity. The master plan ensures each cluster has access to pocket gardens, passive greenery, flowering shrubs with shared reflecting lakes, jogging paths, fountains and parking.

A key feature is the pedestrian walkways, over 7 kilometers long. They offer enjoyment and relaxation within a lush green setting with a multitude of escape options, as cafes, restaurants and side gardens. The cross over bridges are extensions of the walkways ensuring residents and visitors leisurely walks are sheltered from motor vehicles.
