The rapidly expanding Egyptian population calls for moderately priced housing in well planned, new communities outside metropolitan Cairo.

Sites International designed the master plan for Beit al Hana, a 145-acre, self-sufficient community that combines residential, retail and community facilities in a green neighborhood. The project transformed an underutilized area into an active and energized residential environment. Multiple open landscaped areas soften the potentially grid-like feel of apartment buildings and roadways.
