Sites International reviewed the master plan and prepared the landscape design, including construction documents, for all open spaces and conducted coordination of the plot subdivision with infrastructure networks, roads, levels, and fence design to achieve complete harmony and realize the functional and aesthetical goals of the master plan.
Grand Heights was envisioned to create a unique way of living by combining comfort, convenience and luxury within driving distance of the heart of Cairo while insulated from the capital’s congestion. Sites International’s landscape master plan fulfills that vision, delineating the different housing types with abundant green spaces, streetscapes, terraces and courtyards with innovative water conservation strategies implemented throughout.
