Sites International developed an exclusive, 12-acre residential community clustered around an open area of palm groves, lakes and fountains.

The design concept creates a sense of community while maximizing privacy for each villa. Sites International prepared the master plan, villa architecture, landscape architecture and engineering for the entire site. There are neither asphalt roads nor concrete curbs, rather, a combined pedestrian and vehicular cobblestoned path with islands of green and informal parking.
