Al Ta’meer Center is a major residential and commercial complex built in Qasr Al Hokm in the heart of Riyadh’s old district, near the Grand Mosque and historical Almasmak Fort.

Al-Ta’meer Center contains  indoor shopping malls, traditional “souks” and commercial streets  all set within an urban design respectful  of the old city’s historical fabric.  Sites International was responsible for the preparation of the initial urban design study, detailed landscape architecture design and construction documents for all outdoor spaces including plazas, streets, pedestrian walkways and roofscapes.
