During his visit to Dubai in Novemver 2019, Dr. Maher Stino had the pleasure of meeting with H.E. Dawood Al Hajri, Director General of Dubai Municipality and Dr. Salem Al Shafiei, Urban Planning Expert, his former colleagues at the Dubai Municipality where he held the position of UNDP Urban Planning Expert between 1992 and 2000
