Al-Galala Resort

Suez Governorate, Al-Galala City, Egypt

Al-Galala Resort is a distinct tourist village built on an altitude 700 meters above sea level where the vast desert linear lines and the plateau’s stepped terraces became the design inspiration.

Sites International prepared the master plan, urban design, and detailed planning for phase I of Al-Galala City, with an area spanning 2000 acres. Galala resort is built on 38 acres on the mountain promenade. Sites International designed the resort as a distinctive tourist village built in unison with its asymmetrical surroundings and offering over 80% of its residents magnificent panoramic views of the Gulf of Suez. The village design is comprehensive from preliminary design, master planning, architecture, landscape architecture, and engineering to site supervision. The resort hosts a 210 room & suite hotel, 360 chalets, 52 townhouses, health club, restaurants at premium locations, swimming pools, children’s playground, and sport areas within interconnected network of roads and walkways with direct links to the promenade.
