Sites International with Minister Mostafa Madbouly laid the Foundation Stone for Zayed Business Park
Sunday 15 May 2016, marked the initiation of construction works for the project that is to be completed by June 2018. Dr. Maher Stino, Founder/Principal of Sites International, gave a brief presentation explaining the project’s design. Zayed Business Park’s Team of designers from landscape, architecture, engineering and construction were in attendance celebrating this important moment
The firm’s Supervision Team were in attendance as well to celebrate the beginning of their work. Sites International responsibilities include coordinating with different consultants, contractors and trades to create works of the finest quality.
Minister Mostafa Madbouly cited this project as one of the first to be initiated in new urban communities on the outskirts of Cairo, to provide better living conditions and be a primary attraction for newer residents. The Park, he noted, will be designed at the highest international standards and splender.
Zayed Business Park is a 147 acre site located in the heart of the Sheikh Zayed district along a main road (Nozha Road). The project is a corner stone of urban design for new districts as it marks the first public park outside gated communities.
